Carlos Alazraqui

Deputy James Oswaldo Garcia is played by Carlos Alazraqui on the Comedy Central series Reno 911! James is a second-generation Mexican-American who is fond of making racist and sexist remarks. The other deputies often targets his private life and his bowel movements. He is usually partnered with Jonesy in duty, and they share an unusual working relationship because Jonesy is black and James is a racist. You also may have seen him on his many appearances on VH1 and E Television reality series. But he is also an established and talented voiceover artist, giving life to Mr. Crocker on Nickelodeon's Fairly Odd Parents, Rocko on Rocko's Modern Life, and Lube and Winslow in Cat/Dog. Carlos also stars in two new cartoons for the Cartoon Network's, as Munroe, the Scottish Pug dog on Juniper Lee and as Lazlo on Cartoon Network's number one series called Camp Lazlo.

Additionally, Carlos provided the voice talent on one of the most recognizable campaigns in commercial history, Yo Quiero Taco Bell. Carlos starred in his own half hour stand up comedy special on Comedy Central. Carlos performs live at the Hollywood Improv on Melrose Ave, The Ice House,The M Bar on Vine,The Knitting Factory in Hollywood and has a steady corporate schedule. He recently sold a script idea called the Rip Squad to Comedy Central and is currently developing another project to pitch to the Networks.
