Refund Policy

There are absolutely no cash refunds at The Comic Strip. In the event of a cancelled show or an Act of God (weather, flood, fire etc.); refunds will be given in the form of an in store credit gift card.

Show Cancellation Policy

Due to the star status of many of our comedians, they are often in demand for television and film appearances. When this situation arises, the performers personal contracts allow for an escape clause from performance date. In this case, customers who have purchased tickets for a cancelled show will have the right to exchange their ticket for the subsequent rescheduled performance. They also have the right to refund their ticket purchase in the form of an in store credit gift card.
